A few of our eagle-eyed readers may have noticed some of our recent format changes. Since mid-2024, our #ClientSnapshot series has been incorporating technology updates, team news, and important announcements alongside our usual host of spectacular new clients.

In August, we made subtle changes to the #ClientSnapshot visuals. Did you spot them? We transitioned from our trademark orange with bright images to a sleek black with muted visuals. All to lean into the idea of modernity, while ushering in a new era for our monthly series.

You could think of it as a sort of case study! We wanted to update a “product” with which our readers had become familiar. So, we started slowly. We began diversifying the content of our monthly blog posts to stretch beyond “clients that have gone live with our gift cards”. After all, we tend to share much of that wonderful news on social media, so our followers are always in the loop. This meant, by changing things up, we weren’t losing something important in the process.

After a few months of peppering in other updates, we made small stylistic, visual changes. And that’s where we are now! The change is nothing too drastic; we’re simply updating our #ClientSnapshot series to a Monthly Highlight Reel. Your one-stop shop for regular In1 Solutions and The Brand Mix news!

We’ll still shine a light on new clients, of course, but we’d encourage existing customers to pop back regularly. This will give them insight into how our services and technologies are developing, what’s happening in the gifting market, and which tactics they can employ to attract customers.

The gift card industry moves at a rapid pace. And so do we.
